Our standard warranty is one year, starting after our engineer completes commissioning at your workshop. We are responsible for repairing or replacing defects caused by manufacturing.Spare Parts Availability
Each machine has a unique ID, and all parts and information are stored in our database. This allows us to quickly provide exact spare parts, even for machines delivered 10 years ago.

How can you control the quality and delivery?
All our machines will be tested before packaging. wooden packaing is strong and safety for long delivery.
What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
Send us a photo or video of the issue. For small machines, we provide a video solution. For large machines, our engineer will visit your factory (travel costs borne by the customer).
What about installation?
Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets and100usd as salary per person per day. besides, customer should arrange theaccommodation for them during the trip.
What about after sale service?
12months of electrical part and 18months of mechanical part after machine installed and running normally.
What certificates you can provide?
Our factory provide the CE,SGs,ISO,and according to some countries,we also can provide the PVOC, COC,SONCAP…etc.

First, we warmly invite you to visit our factory to carefully inspect the quality of our machines, watch them running live in our fully equipped production facility, and experience our professional production process firsthand.
