How It Works: Falling Film Pure Steam Generation
For applications requiring pure steam, our T-type pure steam generators utilize falling film evaporation principles:
Preheated feed water enters a buffer tank and is circulated into an evaporator.
Impurities are continuously separated and discharged.
Output pure steam meets HTM2010/EN285 standards with non-condensable gases <3.5%, saturation >90%, and superheat <25°C.
Suitable for sterilization use within 2–5 barg, with rapid response (<30 seconds).
